Course Feedback

Tuesday, 11th Apr 2023

The long Easter Weekend proved a good chance for people to catch up on some R&R - our own NZ PGA Professionals included!

A weekend off, putting their feet up, watching the Masters and sending some kind feedback through to the MGC Media Desk.

Firstly, 2023 Winner of:
- Boulcotts Farm Heritage Pro-Am

- ParehuaResort Paraparaumu Beach Pro-Am
- Expol Waihi Pro-Am
- Lake Tewa Invitational
NZ PGA Professional - Kerry Mountcastle Golfer

"Thank you for organising the event (The Steinlager MGC Pro-Am 2023) for us PGA Professionals. It means alot to us all to have events like this to play in. I really enjoyed myself at the Steinlager Pro-Am this year and I hope you are able to keep it running in the future, as I will be back again next year. I always enjoy the challenge of your course, it's a nice change to have a course where you have to think your way around and get punished properly for being wayward."

Secondly, 2023 Winner of:
- Bayleys Waitemata Pro-Am
- Barfoot & Thompson Waitangi Pro-Am
And Runner up of:

- Cardinal Logistics Whitford Park Pro-Am
- Boulcotts Farm Heritage Pro-Am
NZ PGA Professional - Jake Meenhorst Golf

"Thanks guys for putting on one of the best Pro-Ams I've played (The Steinlager MGC Pro-Am 2023), on what could be my new favourite course in the country. It was awesome teaming up with Jarrod (Steinlager Sponsor) and getting the Team into first place! I can't wait to come back and play Marton, having already recommended it to others as one of the finest in NZ"

Thank you both for your kind words, our small team are truly humbled and our club never prouder
We welcome you back anytime, and bring your friends!
