Friday, 14th Apr 2023

With a great Futures Programme within the region, our Trio of Bremners - Liam, Jayme and Ryan now look on to solo endeavors at the Manawatu Wanganui Age Grade Championships being held at Feilding Golf Club.

Playing 36 holes across 2 days, the lads will be competing for Gross, Nett and Stableford titles in their respective divisions

Hot start from our Juniors on Day 1 at the Manawatu Wanganui Age Grade Championships in Feilding.

Liam Bremner sits tied 4th after his first 18 holes with an impressive 3 over par 74 which included an under par back nine which brings confidence heading into the final grouping Tee.

Brothers Jayme and Ryan battled on respectively with Jayme nestled just outside the Top 10 in the Stableford Division.

The two brothers are paired together next which will bring the competitive edge for the final round.

In the U19s, Liam Bremner managed to retain his position with a good second round, sliding down the leaderboard in the Gross Division but leap frogging to T1 in the Stableford Division with 68 points! U16s saw first timer Jayme, move up the ladder to inside the Top 10 with a solid 9th place in his respective Stableford Divison with 63 points. Ryan Bremner had an unlucky final day but his focus now lies ahead to the Presidents Team Performance come Sunday for MGC.

We are immensely proud of all our members performances during the week on the big scenes around the country.
