Ladies Open Day

The ladies held a very successful Open Day on Friday 11th May with players from Marton and clubs around the district attending. The weather held out for us all with a few passing showers, very little wind and some autumn warmth. This tournament was kindly sponsored by Optimo and Farmlands. Thanks to our ladies committee for organizing a great day. The Openshaw Cup, for best nett for a local player, was won jointly by Di Gilmore and Helen Wilton. For full results see the Results page.
