Alas, the summer holiday escapes have come to an end for most of us, many people returning to work today but a few are stretching it out until Monday.

A quick recap from the end of 2022 had our One Club Challenge on Christmas Eve prove to be a huge success with 24 players joining in on the fun.

We also had many of our members travel around the countryside over the break with a Team heading to Waverly Golf Club to come away with a Top 10 placing! Well done fellas!

One group of four attended the Raglan New Years Tournament with each carrying away prizes (surely raffles).

Another group also traveled across the hillside to visit Dannevirke Golf Club.

But the main thing is.... WE ARE BACK IN ACTION AT MARTON GOLF CLUB!

What a lineup we have coming up for you this month.

Club competition golf returns this coming Saturday with round 1 of the Summer Cup.

Our Richards Construction (2022) Ltd Twilight Series returns next Wednesday 11 January from 430pm.

Our headline event, the Marton Golf Club Pro-Am brought to you by Lion Breweries and Steinlager is coming up on Wednesday 18 January.

Following the Pro-Am on Thursday 19 January is the Man/Wang Eagles Society Halberg Canadian Foursomes Tournament.

New to the programme on Saturday January 28 is the MGC Big Bash, Welsh Stableford Pairs Competition.
