Ladies Pennants Strike Back

After coming off a loss to Rangatira Blue, the first loss the team has had since 2021 after going unbeaten last year and claiming the Monday Pennants Title, the girls knew they had to get back to winning ways in order to get a chance at defending that title.

Traveling to Wanganui to take on the Wairarapa Women of Eketahuna, our MGC girls rallied and came away with a confident 6 - 2 victory.

Still trailing in Division 1 in second place behind a dominant Rangatira Blue, the team look on to secure themselves a top semi-final spot.

However one more round stands in their way, next task: Pahiatua at Feilding Golf Club April 17th
