MGC Kicks Off

With Saturday being the first day of our club competitions for the year, many members were reunited after the break and despite the wet weather, there were smiles all round!

The opening Stableford Competition was also the first round of the eclectic Summer Cup competition which many commented should be played in the sunshine, not the rain.

However, scoring wasn't all that bad across the board with many setting the bar high early in 2023.
None more however than our leading player of the day, 2022s Bevan Bremner Memorial Winner, Tutaenui Champion and Winter Cup finalist - Master Jayme Bremner who delivered a personal best setting his season campaign alight
