MGC Pro-Am Results

Wow, what a tremendous day we had on Wednesday for our second Pro-Am event;
The Steinlager Marton Golf Club Pro-Am.

It was a pleasure to host the PGA of New Zealand along with the 33 Professionals on course who rated the course very highly and spoilt us with comments of:
"Easily the best course in the Manawatu / Wanganui District"
"How can you forget this gem of a course"

These events can't get underway without our commitee, it's volunteers, members and our incredible Greens Team of Shay & Jayden.

Furthermore the massive outreach from our Sponsors is a crucial aspect and we'd like to acknowledge them all for supporting Marton Golf Club and this year's Pro-Am event.

The tighter tree lined fairways, thick rough and fast greens proved a welcome challenge to all our Professionals with only 10 players shooting to par or better.
